Carroll Buracker & Associates, Inc. was selected by HUD to develop a plan and oversee the implementation of enhanced police services, security staffing, physical and technical security, coordination with local/state/federal law enforcement personnel assigned to the area, and incorporation of Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design strategies in upgrading the housing stock and traffic patterns.
