Carroll Buracker & Associates, Inc. has been retained by nonprofit foundations, corporations, and hospitals to evaluate potential for private sector/local government partnerships; security and safety of assets, employees, and customers; police and security blueprints for downtown districts. Our work includes one of the first contracts by a city government (Seattle) and a nonprofit foundation (Seattle South Downtown Foundation) for full-time police officers funded by the business sector for supplemental services.
