Carroll Buracker & Associates, Inc. has evaluated public safety emergency communications and dispatch practices, programs, staffing, systems and facilities in each of the more than 160 municipalities where police, fire and emergency medical services studies were conducted or master plans developed.

In addition to evaluating emergency communications as part of police, fire and EMS studies/plans, Carroll Buracker & Associates, Inc. has been selected to assess a municipality's public safety communications systems, facility and staffing. Several municipalities include: City of Los Angeles, CA; City of Fremont, CA; City of Chicago, IL; Spotsylvania County, VA; Queen Anne's County, MD; Cecil County, MD; Grandview, MO; Princeton Township, NJ; Princeton Borough, NJ; and the City of Waterbury, CT.

In Chicago, the City selected Carroll Buracker & Associates, Inc. to determine whether its new emergency dispatch system, installed by 12 vendors at a cost of $215 million, functions as intended. With the latest technology, including vehicle locator systems and fiber optic cabling, Chicago has the most sophisticated public safety emergency communications system in the U.S.
